Meet Emma

I’m the founder and designer behind So True Design. I studied at UTS and finished my studies during the height of covid (a covid designer isn’t as bad as a covid doctor, right?). I then worked a few years as an in-house designer in a corporate setting, working on a huge range of projects. Now I apply those skills to create brand identities for community-focused businesses.

I have a tendency to critique the menu layout when I’m out at a cafe. While my brunch date might find it annoying, I’ve found a passion in seeing the potential in a brand’s design materials to help them feel more professional and authentic.

When I’m not designing, you might find me at my local vinnies hunting for my next op shop treasure or at church grooving along while mediocrely playing the bass with my incredibly talented band mates.
