The Grange at Berry is a retirement village in Berry that has beautifully manicured gardens and a vibrant social community. The Grange at Berry offer spacious, modern villas for their residents.

I collaborated with Nugget Digital to create marketing materials to assist The Grange at Berry to connect with their target audience via social media. I refreshed their brand identity by refining their use of colour, typography, brand elements and framing devices.

Logo Treatment

Their original logo become more refined when used on a dark background. Their monogram was also utilised as a graphic element in their fresh marketing materials.

Typography

The original typeface of Playfair Display was enhanced by primarily using the italics font to add sophistication to the brand. The complementary sans serif typeface was updated to Poppins to add softness to the marketing materials.

Colour Palette

The original colour palette remains but with the dark blue colour taking centre stage. The gold continues to be used as an accent for buttons and borders. The shades of blue are used to add depth to each design.

Video Ads

I created a visual style and edited a series of interviews with staff and residents to create 6 short videos on different themes or aspects of the retirement village.

Social Media Templates

I created a visual system to develop 10 social media templates that could be edited in Canva.

Real Estate Focused Social Media Post

Carousel social post to promote individual villas for sale.
